Our Story

Captain Cameron Scarcello was born and raised in Spokane to a family with over 30 years' experience fishing the Alaskan waters for sockeye salmon. At 11 years old he took his first trip with his father up to Naknek Alaska and has been fishing the Bristol Bay waters every summer since. Two years ago, his father handed him the keys and he became captain abord The Insatiable. In early 2022 Captain Scarcello, and his childhood friend came up with the idea to bring his catch from Alaska to Spokane and sell directly to the community. Doing this guaranteed a better price and a far better product for the people of Spokane.
